Self-Study Report

San Diego Continuing Education has conducted a comprehensive Self-Study and is proud to present the results in the 2017 SDCE Accreditation Self-Study Report. The San Diego Continuing Education (SDCE) 2017 Self-Study report integrates the voices of faculty, staff, administrators, students, and community partners who, for the past two years, have been working together to address each accreditation principle and find ways in which the school’s mission of student success, quality education, and diversity can be fulfilled.

The Self-Study includes a robust and comprehensive reflection of SDCE’s strengths and challenges, and was written by dozens of expert faculty, staff and administrators who contributed information, statistics and updates to various sub-committees who present written drafts of the various sections in the report. Finally, an author worked to present the report in a user-friendly style that has clearly defined chapters and sections, which has resulted in a world-class report.

The accrediting team from WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) has received copies of the Self-Study in preparation for a site visit to SDCE March 13-16, 2017.
