Intro to Hospitality Industry/Baking & Pastry Arts Orientation

Enrollment is currently available for the Intro to Hospitality Industry program, which is our new entry point for all hospitality & culinary arts classes. The Intro to Hospitality Industry certificate program will be offered fully online in summer and fall 2021.

All Baking & Pastry Arts classes will be hybrid in fall 2021 and spring 2022 with students attending both online and in-person classes. All in-person classes for this program will be held at the Educational Cultural Complex (ECC). We offer both day and evening class sections in order to accommodate student schedules.

Students must sign up for a mandatory orientation prior to enrollment. Once you complete an orientation, you will receive a follow-up email to confirm which class session you would prefer. Once you select your desired class session (day or evening), you will receive a permission code to enroll in the courses.
