If you’re passionate about food, or often found at your local farmers market or grocery store because you love to create delicious meals, think about a culinary career that will take you beyond your kitchen. This program is hands-on in an industrial kitchen from day one. You’ll also practice developing menus and managing food costs, which will give you a good understanding of the restaurant business.
