Computers and information technology classes help the San Diego community acquire and maintain digital literacy skills. A variety of courses are offered from beginning through advanced levels empowering adult learners to use technology to meet business, personal, and professional goals. Whether you are new to computers or an experienced professional, we have free classes and certificate programs to meet your needs. Our IT programs allow you to learn in hands-on labs. Instructors have many years of experience in the industry and know the skills you need to enter the workforce as a trained employee. Classes require orientation prior to enrollment; however, many are open-entry/open-exit, short-term classes for the busy adult, with many meeting from only one to four sessions. Many students find it helpful to meet with a counselor prior to enrollment to understand your options.
To help protect the health of our community, San Diego College of Continuing Education campuses are currently closed. Please see the San Diego Community College COVID-19 Information Center for more information »
Most College of Continuing Education classes, student services, and operations will be conducted remotely until further notice. For location information for a specific class, please see the class schedule. To guide and assist you with application, registration, counseling, orientation, mySDCCD portal login issues, and many other services, please email the CE staff where the online class is being offered.
