At age 69 and retired, Jon wanted an educational advantage. He enrolled in GED preparation classes at Continuing Education, which helped him obtain his GED. With this important milestone complete, and a Continuing Education Advantage in-hand, Jon decided to pursue college.
He received plenty of encouragement and support from counselors who helped him through the college application and registration process, plus he enrolled in Accelerated English (ACE2). Now Jon has successfully transitioned to Mesa College where he is studying English and Personal Growth.
