Richard Weinroth has been an ESL instructor at San Diego Continuing Education since 1981. He has taught classes from beginning ESL through High School Diploma, developed curriculum, taught pronunciation, conversation, public speaking, and computer skills. He enjoys actively participating on campus committees especially the Academic Senate. He has presented at local and statewide professional conferences. He has taught ESL methodology and theories to students preparing for professional teaching certificates.
Richard is currently in the SDSU Community College leadership program. His academic interests include strategies to assist non-credit ESL students develop their writing skills and working with the emerging technology that can help students do this. Richard’s personal interests include photography, Photoshop, yoga, and individual conditioning.
