CBET Lessons
In a joint endeavor between San Diego Unified School District and San Diego Community College District, new materials were developed for students enrolled in Community-Based English Tutoring (CBET) classes. These lessons include stories and a wide range of multi-level activities designed to assist parents who are English language learners. These lessons are customized for the unique needs of parents participating in these classes. Their purpose is to teach the skills necessary to support a child in school and at the same time provide targeted ESL instruction.
